In this work, Namkung studied to become a Certified Personal Trainer and coached eleven individuals in various Drawing Gym exercises over a period of three months to explore the relationship between drawing, physical fitness and personal transformation, in collaboration with Bayview Hunter’s Point YMCA, San Francisco.
